If your ghee has liquified too much for your liking you can return it to its semi-solid state by following these simple steps.Gently heat the ghee so that it is completely liquified. You can do this in a hot water bath or by quickly microwaving (30-second intervals) and stirring it.Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
